Our office is located just a short distance from the Oregon State Capitol building, at the corner of 17th and State Streets.

We are open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., and are available by telephone from 8 a.m. to noon and from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m.
Please note, our busiest telephone day is Monday, and we often have a high number of calls between 9 and 10 every morning. To reduce your hold time, we recommend that you call to make routine appointments toward the end of the week.

In the event of an emergency, an orthopedic physician is on-call after hours and on weekends by calling (503) 540-6300.
